The office mates here at Good Health Vibes do a lot of cooking, and keeping toxins out of our food is an top objective. Greenpan is a Belgian brand that created an alternative to traditional non-stick pans, which release toxins when heated to a high temperature. If you haven’t already, get rid of your teflon pans! Greenpan has different sizes of frying pans and pots with non-stick finishes that won’t harm your health. They’re beautiful, fun to use, and even easier to clean than traditional cookware.
#3 OH SHE GLOWS COOKBOOK
If you’re new to a plant-based diet, keep yourself on track with delicious home-cooked meals. This book by
food blogger Angela Lidden has great-tasting, foolproof recipes. They’re tried and tested, and without exaggeration, we can confidently say ALL of them are fantastic. If you only have one cookbook, this is the one.
#4 BUNGALOW 360 WALLET
You’re bound to get compliments from this whimsical, animal-patterned wallet. Adorable pandas, cheerful pigs, or happy cows are just a few of the colorful designs of these well-made, sturdy wallets - and no animals were harmed in the making of them, either!
#5 WILD TONIC JUN KOMBUCHA
Have you heard of Jun? It’s a cousin of kombucha made by fermenting tea and honey with a SCOBY (Symbiotic Colony of Bacteria and Yeast). So while the concept is similar to kombuchas we know and love, Jun offers different benefits. Using honey as food for bacteria allows the drinker to experience the antimicrobial benefits of the honey. The result is a drink rich in probiotics, prebiotics and amino acids - and it tastes great!
Look for it in your local health food store.
