Apple Sandwich

Just like apple and peanut butter grandma used to make only elevated and healthier. The sky’s the limit with toppings, the more creative the better!
INGREDIENTS
1 large apple (Pink lady, Honeycrisp or Braeburn)
nut butter of choice (peanut butter, almond butter or sunflower butter.)
topping suggestions: dried cranberries, coconut butter, shredded coconut, hemp seeds, cacao nibs, walnuts, sunflower seeds, granola, honey.
