Hearty Green Smoothie

This breakfast smoothie recipe will keep you satiated until lunch because of the fats in hemp and avocado. Just a touch of sweetness and the cinnamon will help slow the process of sugar absorption.

INGREDIENTS

1 cup nut milk,                     unsweetened (or water)

¼ cup hemp seeds

½ avocado

large hand-full of greens

½ cup broccoli, chopped

1 frozen banana

1 tsp. ground cinnamon

2 dates, pitted

pinch sea salt

a few ice cubes

Ready in 10 minutes

Serves one
