Hemp Cacao Fudge

The most satisfying healthy dessert you’ll ever try. It can be made with a little extra nut milk and used as a frosting or eaten as is with a spoon!

INGREDIENTS

¼ cup hemp seeds

⅓ cup raw cacao powder

¼ cup coconut oil, warmed     to soften

3 tbsp. nut milk

 cup maple syrup

1 tsp. vanilla extract

pinch of sea salt

 

Optional Add-ins: Any powder superfood, medicinal mushroom, maca, reishi, cordyceps or ashwagandha.

vanilla extract

¼ cup

coconut

oil

⅓ cup

maple syrup

Ready in 10 minutes

Serves 4 people

PREPARATION 
  1. Put hemp into a Vitamix blender and blend into a powder.  

  2. Add all other ingredients into Vitamix blender and power on high, stopping to scrape down sides if needed.  If too thick, add more nut milk and blend again.  Taste and adjust sweetness as needed.

TIPS
  • Some variations: Add cinnamon, almond butter, coffee extract or 2 tbsp. of espresso.
