Kale Salad

This is a very simple kale salad. Sometimes the length of time to make a salad discourages people from eating their greens. This one is so quick and easy but with all the flavors you need.
INGREDIENTS
2 cups dino kale, chopped into fine strips
½ avocado, sliced
¼ cup dried cranberries
¼ cup walnut halves
1-2 tbsp. olive oil
sea salt to taste
Ready in 10 minutes

PREPARATION

2 cups
kale
½
avocado
sea salt
1-2 tbsp.
olive oil
¼ cup
walnuts
¼ cup
cranberries

Wash and dry kale leaves.

Remove the leaves from the stems and roll the leaves.

Cut kale leaves into 1”- 2” long strips

Put kale into bowl and pour on olive oil, starting with 1 tablespoon

Add cranberries, walnuts, salt and toss.

If all the leaves are coated with oil, no need for more, but check for preference.

Top with avocado.
