Overnight Oats

Setting up for breakfast the night before is good planning!  Keep healthy eating on the forefront with this simple and delicious oatmeal recipe.

INGREDIENTS

1 cup gluten-free oats

water to cover oats

½ tsp vanilla extract

½ tsp cinnamon

1 tbsp. maple syrup

2 tbsp. raw pecans

2 tbsp. dried mulberries

pinch sea salt

Ready in 20 minutes

Serves 1

Gluten Free

Raw

High Fiber

½ tbsp.

maple syrup

½ tsp.

cinnamon

2 tbsp.

pecans

1 cup

gluten free oats

½ tsp.

vanilla 

2 tbsp.

mulberries

PREPARATION 
  1. Before bed put one cup of gluten free oats in a bowl and cover with purified water.

  2. In the morning pour out any excess water.  

  3. Add pecans, mulberries and a pinch of salt.

TIPS 
  • Any nuts or seeds can be added to taste.

  • Substitute with any fresh or dried fruit.
