Kale + Garlic

INGREDIENTS
2 cups dino kale, curly kale or a mix of both.
2 tsp. coconut oil
1 clove garlic, chopped
sea salt
Ready in 10 minutes
Serves 1 or more

kale
2 tsp.
coconut oil
1 clove
garlic
PREPARATION

Warm fry pan on medium and add coconut oil.

Add chopped and garlic, stirring frequently, cook for 3 minutes.

Turn off heat or to very low and add kale.
-
Add ⅛ cup water to quick steam and continue mixing kale around until wilted, just around 4 minutes.
-
Transfer to plate and add salt.

Enjoy immediately.
TIPS
-
Try topping with hazelnut curry dressing or cashew cream.
