Super Miso Soup
The Best Miso Soup You'll Ever Eat!! Miso is a paste made from fermented soybeans, barley or chickpeas that is rich in probiotics. It makes a great base for soup, dressings, or dips.
INGREDIENTS
2 tbsp. yellow miso paste
2 cups warm water or tea
2 tbsp. hemp seeds
½ cup kale, chopped
1 tsp. coconut oil
1 tsp. sesame seeds
Optional Add-ins: tofu, black beans, seaweed, green onion, chard, coconut oil, and spinach.
Ready in 20 minutes

2 tbsp.

Sesame Seeds
1 tsp.
Coconut Oil
2 tsp.

PREPARATION

Warm two cups of water in medium saucepan until hot but not boiling.

Place warm water in a Vitamix blender, add miso, hemp seeds, coconut oil, and kale. Blend until smooth.

Transfer to bowl or cup, add sesame seeds and enjoy immediately.
TIPS
-
Miso’s probiotics are delicate and are destroyed at high temperatures. It’s important not to boil the soup after the miso paste has been added.
